Refund Policy
At Know How Media, we prioritize delivering exceptional quality and ensuring an outstanding client experience. To achieve this, we have established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.
Our project workflow is meticulously planned, organized into milestones to effectively manage the work. Each project begins with a comprehensive discovery/analysis phase, followed by the creation of a scope of work document. This initial step ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the chances of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
Since valuable time is dedicated to achieving each milestone and completing every module, refunds cannot be provided for work that has already been completed.
In the event of a project termination mutually agreed upon by both parties, the client retains ownership of all completed work. Any payment made for further development becomes void, and no previous payments or deposits will be refunded.
Once the client approves mock-up designs and we proceed to the development phase of the project, no payment refunds will be granted.
For projects that are currently in progress during a milestone phase, partial refunds are not available.
Please note that cancellations are not accepted for services provided by our marketing team on special occasions. These offerings are time-limited and non-refundable.
While our digital marketing packages are generally non-refundable, clients may cancel their subscription by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
Deposits or payments made for projects that have been abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days are non-refundable.
